Land Rover has previewed the Evoque SW1, the first model from the series of the special edition vehicles, ahead of the Paris Motor Show, scheduled to take place in October.
The Evoque SW1 is part of the ‘Inspired by Britain’ series and will hit sales in October. The prices have not been disclosed yet.
The Evoque SW1 comes with a lot of Union Jack stickers on its metal body. The vehicle comes in the following exterior finishes – Firenze Red, Fuji White, Santorini Black, Corris Grey and Loire Blue, while the roofs as well as the 20-inch rims are painted Fuji White.
Inside, the Range Rover Evoque SW1 retains most of the features of the standard model, except few changes like the leather surfaces finished in Taurus Ebony with Cirrus contrasting stitching, special floor mats, sill plates, anodized red trim.
“Jaguar Land Rover’s HUD system is an innovative driver information tool, which really pushes the boundaries of advanced laser projection technology. It borrows from military technology – which, until now, has been unheard of in the automotive industry,” explains Murray Dietsch, director of Land Rover Programmes.
