Polaris Slingshot is all set to arrive in Europe later this year, but the date of its launch has not been revealed.
Also, Polaris will unveil the Slingshot at EICMA 2015. The company is soon going to start a program in which buyers can pre-order the Slingshot.
The Slingshot is still not road legal in certain states in the United States, hope it doesn’t face similar issues in Europe.
The Slingshot, which is powered by a 2.4-liter DOHC automotive engine, is open from the top and has no doors. The power mill produces 173 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and the transmission is manual, 5-speed + reverse.
The Slingshot comes with cool features like ABS, electronic stability control, traction control, speed-sensitive power steering, and the sway bar.
Currently, the price of the base model is $21,199 (€19,400), while the SL version retails at $25,199 (€23,100). There is no word on prices in Europe yet.
