The Mahindra XUV500 which backs a powerful engine is expected to launch in April 2018, reports ET Auto. This will launch as the refreshed version of XUV500 next month.
The new version of Mahindra XUV500 will have an updated front bumper and grille along with LED DRLs and new alloy wheels. The rear of the car will also have a new bumper and restyled tail-lamps with certain LED elements.
The XUV 500 will be powered by a 2.2-litre diesel engine which can produce 170hp. Mahindra recently launched the XUV500 G9 petrol AT variant with a new 2.2-litre engine mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
Some of the other feaures of new XUV500 include Android Auto, connected Apps and Ecosense among others. Mahindra will offer premium leather seating on the top variants along with soft-touch materials on the dash with an updated infotainment system. The price of Mahindra XUV500 is not yet known.
